Release of Player!

It began with the poor attendance of players in training. Then two back to back cancellation of training,due to the lack of players wanting to attend training. This is a clear sign of poor commitment from the players themselves. Now a possible solution by the vice-captain is to release players. "We have a large squad that don't turn up for training! But I'll discuss with Daryl before making the decision" was the reply in my conversation with the goalkeeper. But Ben also indicated that if player do attend most of their trainings, they will not be released.
In my opinion,this is a good idea from the vice-captain. By making sure players attend their training sessions,it would ensure better performance from them during matches. Attendence will be taken for trainings from now on.
