Multazam Has Quit Impulse!!!

Well, haven been posing for a while. Since There is nothing to post about. There have been no training for one and a half month... Now... I'm going to be critical because clearly no one appreciate the effort put in to organise the trainings... I know... There is no training for the last one and a half month... Maybe its because I'm the one organising... Cos Darryl organised this week and he was able to get enough people... Just that he is unlucky that the field is in use... The thing is I feel that no one is giving to hoot about the training...

Okok... I can understand if you have like camps or stuff like that... I'm fine with that... But if you are no coming out of laziness... And found/faked some excuses not to come... I have nothing to say to you... And organising training not easy you know!!! We have to call... Then hope we get enough people to cover the fees... Then some never pick up... Then must sms... But there are always those who DO NOT BOTHER to reply or take forever to reply... Please... Next time when we call or sms, reply as soon as possible... Just a yes or a no... How hard can it be??? Please don't make us call and call,sms and sms... Money used to grow on tree... Now its make of plastic...

Because we are different... Different people have different preferences... I tried to organise to go Bedok or Field... Either way there will always be objections...

Lat week there was no training... So I decided to organise field soccer... Since some of us miss the field... Seriously...I have no idea how to handle you people... Not many of you are flexible... I know... Some of you said... 10 plus people field so big... Play what sia? Don't play full field la. Can play 5 a side like futsal what... We keep going for street soccer... So that those who like street soccer can play... But did any of you spare a thought for those who like field soccer??? They were nice enough to go bedok why can't you for once spare a thought for them and let them play field....

Well, Multazam has quit Impulse EFC... I'm not sad... Not that I should be... His reason is because there is no training... I neither agree or disagreed with him... Although we did not have training... What's wrong with staying in the team... Its just your name on the team list only what... Then just wait for training... Well... Maybe he is embarrassed to be in the team... Until he speaks up... We will never know how he feel about the team... That is pretty much what I have to say...
